The Project
Design narrative
Villa Hispano reinterprets the Spanish courtyard house for Islamabad's climate. Thick, rendered walls and recessed openings temper summer heat, while a central courtyard pulls daylight and cross-ventilation deep into the plan.
The home unfolds across three levels: public living spaces open fully to the pool terrace, a private family floor above, and a roof pavilion framing views of the Margalla Hills.
